Level I is the foundational work of Strong Yoga’s proprietary approach to fertility, including psychological views on fertility, the anatomy of stress, yoga, breath work — all specific to fertility, as well as the Strong Yoga Fertility Ball Method®.

In the Level I portion of the training, we will also go over the Strong Yoga^® Licensing, product sells and business growth opportunities only available by becoming a Strong Yoga^®4Fertility certified teacher. You will be a Strong Yoga^®4Fertility certified teacher (“SY4F”) once you pass an in-class evaluation and a post-training test, which will include questions and creative thinking on both information given to you in Levels I and II. Once you pass, you are eligible for licensing. Once you receive your license, you may then begin teaching classes and privates. The licensing process can take as little as one week to one month, depending on your submission of the post-training test. Per your request, we will write an introductory letter to the IVF clinics of your choice, once you are fully certified.

Level II delves into the the physiology of fertility and how to enhance it, in-depth information on the medical aspects of fertility, as well as Reproductive Endocrinology treatments and what is contraindicated. Additionally, we will cover nutrition and environmental impacts on fertility.

We have made accommodations with InterContinental The Clement Monterey, which is located across the street from our training site. For those who have already taken one or both of these modules and would like to attend to receive the updated information we will be providing, please inquire further about the ‘refresher’ cost we are offering.

The stated rates below are exclusive of other travel expenses and only include the training fee with hotel:
