On-Going Group Classes

This unique class integrates specific Yoga asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques) and the Strong Yoga® Ball Method to honor the natural cycle of a woman’s body. The practice is a comprehensive methodology that nourishes the neuro-endocrine system (balances hormones), releases tightness in muscle and connective tissue, increases blood flow to the reproductive organs, and calms the nervous system, relaxing the mind & body. It was created to support women on their life journey through reproductive difficulties, pregnancy and yes, even that “naughty word” menopause. Suitable for all levels, as well as individuals going through fertility treatments or already pregnant.
